The poll, conducted by Opinion Works LLC between December 15, 2021 and January 10, 2022, indicated that 76% of Maryland voters favored protecting the right to a healthful environment. This support carried across key demographics, including party, age, race, and region. Even more importantly, the majority said they would vote for the proposed amendment if the election were held today.
